Digital Project Officer
Summary of Position
A hospitality group is looking for a Digital Project Officer who is in charge of defining the online strategy and owning its successful execution by implementing the relevant tools and processes and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to ensure goals are met. This position will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- SEO: optimize websites visibility on Google (onsite improvements, linking…)
- Platforms management: reviews/ratings monitoring, listings optimizations (TripAdvisor/Google Maps)
- Content planning: collaborate with Content Team to define a production schedule
- Data analysis: leverage Google Analytics to find actionable insights, track and measure ROI of various actions
- Social Media: ensure brand consistency across all platforms, schedule posts using Buffer or similar tools
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
English
Other Requirements
- Experience in SEO (optimizations, backlinks etc.)
- Proficient with Google business solutions (Analytics, Apps, My Business, Search Console…)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Fast-learner, able to work with people from various backgrounds
- Experience with WordPress a plus
