Electric & Automation Supervisor

Summary of Position

Our client is a leading producer and distributor in F&B in Cambodia and are seeking for an Electric & Automation Supervisor who will be in charge of control quality of work with CMMS and RCFA, provide weekly performance evaluation, troubleshoot all machine and controller hardware. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, control, and monitor of maintenance (CMMS), RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis), and improvements
  • Ensure production equipment are in good condition to run smoothly
  • Control the quality of work done by subordinates and contractors
  • Provide and conduct daily and weekly performance evaluation to provide plan for improvement
  • Continuously improve on technical availability through TPM Analyse breakdown in the daily basis
  • Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate and test brewery equipment and instrumentations
  • Troubleshoot all machines and process controller hardware, maintain a functional knowledge of the operation of the system software and hardware
  • Make periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all machines and control systems
  • Diagnose existing or potential trouble, clean, lubricate, calibrates and adjust as conditions indicate
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications in making installations or performing major repair work
  • Perform routine coaching and develop subordinates to improve their performances and to enhance their skills and professional knowledge
  • Give ideas for improvement and modification for better results
  • Proactively involved in energy saving and other main KPIs improvement program

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Other Requirements

  • Engineering degree in electrical (automation) or related fields
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in Electrical, Instrumentation Automation in manufacturing environment or utilities plants
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory level
  • Possess strong knowledge in SLC/PLC Advanced programming knowledge and related technical equipment with TPM knowledge & implementation
  • Good planning, organizing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to do manual work and support team at the shop floor, during breakdown time
