CAMBODIAN SINGMENG TELEMEDIA CO., LTD. is looking for an Electrician, ( Khmer / English / Chinese ). S/he will work based in Phnom Penh.

• Executing workflow of Administration Department and building rental
• Daily maintenance of electricity condition in office and provide solution and other jobs related to electricity for both Building A & B
• Daily maintenance of water machine systems to ensure they are working well for both building A & B
• Weekly maintenance of elevators for building A&B
• Maintenance of inside and outside office building, assets, and others like lights, water leaking
• Support on office building management service based on instruction from direct supervisor
• Support supervisor to collect information to prepare maintenance's schedule of air-conditioners and others assets based on requirement
• Keep monitoring with supplier/air-con company during maintenance process to ensure the quality of maintenance and provide report to supervisor after complete
• Prepare and provide monthly report of office’s building maintenance
• Daily checking all office building conditions and report to supervisor
• Standby during weekend or holiday, if need
• Provide suggestion to supervisor and manager in case of any issue may occur in relation to electricity and other matters
• Perform other tasks will be assigned by immediate supervisor if required

• At least 2 or 3year experience
• Problem solving skills and strong customer focus
• Good communication in English
