The Business Unit Manager for Energy Solutions will consolidate my client's present expertise in MCC control panels, upstream power management system, and power measurement/management systems. This individual will also bring this expertise to the next level e.g. Power System Protection, Scada, Building Management Systems. Also they should focus on strengthening the market presence in the Renewable Energy, Water Treatment Plants and Building sectors. Therefore, they are seeking a motivated talent to support this development. The right candidate shall provide a high level of commitment and management skills to lead this Business Unit forward working closely with the company directors.

• Manage the business unit which is responsible for designing, developing, selling, producing, testing and commissioning automation solutions used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes
• Develop and maintain strategies and roadmap to create a long term vision of the business unit. Solutions for energy efficiency and renewable energy (solar) will be at the forefront of the company strategy
• Responsible for technical and commercial activities related to Energy Measurement & Management, Automation & Control, Power System Protection and Building Management Systems
• Does Project Cost estimation, Engineering & Design, Device configuration, interfacing, HMI & System Integration, Testing & Commissioning, troubleshooting, coordination of activities and related documentation
• Ensure client’s satisfaction through the whole project cycle i.e. pre‐sales, on‐sales, post sales
• Technical & commercial knowledge related to products and solutions provided by our manufacturing partners
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with our networks of suppliers in Cambodia and the wider Mekong River Region

1. Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics or a similar discipline
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar industry
3. Good interpersonal skills with a strong capability to interact with clients and other internal departments
4. A former experience in sales, after‐sales or customer care service would be a plus
5. Ability to work in a multi‐cultural environment, and familiar with the business landscape in Cambodia
