Experienced (Non-manager)

• Staff with skills and talents giftings with experience or very high ability in Technology, Electrics, Roofing Construction, Sales, Marketing, Computer programming, IT security, Investment, Business, Electronics, Lending, Commercial Business to Business services, Legal, Video Development or other skills related to high technology business are welcome to apply! Also Technology office managers (experienced) Roofing construction (for solar install) Procurement officers, IT administrators, Laravel coders, Web developers, App developers, Roofing solar install laborers, metal workers/welders (experienced can do without training), Metal Parts machinists, Robotics, 3D printers, etc. or if you feel you have other talents, apply and let us know! One day we may find a position for you!
• Staff should have experience or strong talent giftings and skills already established and be able to put them to work without need for training. (Direction of course is supplied as much as possible)
• We are heading for a major expansion in the near future and would like to have more Christian values and wisdoms staff in our database to pull from as needed!
• We generally pay above market salaries and Our Bonus program is very significant and can add several hundred a month to salary over the longer term for quality professional staff.
• Salary $300-500 initially and can rise over time to $600 based on ability and performance after completing trial probationary period and strong results generated with our long term staff bonus programs.
• Should be able to speak english very well as we have full english immersion environment.
• Can speak loudly, clearly, with total commitment to speak english and encourage others to do the same.
• Should be good at using computers and very able to use spreadsheet to keep track of your work, daily reporting
• Ideally should have a portfolio of work available to show or be able to show concretely that you can achieve in your skill set and do this work in english.
• We can not provide training but merely instruction for what needs to be added/completed.
• We need initiative takers! Skills are built often by getting in there and doing it, not only by classes!
