PSIS-First is a subsidiary of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC), which was authorized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport since December 2015 to provide a high quality of education that is distinctively English based while pursuing academic excellence in every discipline of study. A bilingual education is officially approved as the medium of instruction at PSIS-First for all levels from Kindergarten to High School.

PSIS-First is looking for an Enrollment Assistant.

• Assist customer service
• Update and produce the attendant sheets for teachers
• Coordinate the students making ID card.
• Enroll the students’ names into the classes
• Coordinate and record the student suspensions and quit
• Cut off and record all failed students
• Coordinate the students’ request for permission, tardiness re-admit and shift time/campus
• Receive complaints from students
• Perform other tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor and/or Management

The Direct Supervisor

• Bachelor Degree in management and/or related fields
• 2 years of experience in International School setting
• Willing to learn new things
• Good communication skills, both in Khmer and English
• Strong problem solving
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Strong and positive work ethic and attitude
