Expatriate Preschool/Kindergarten Teachers

Summary of Position

Eco International School (EIS) was established in 2019 as a response to the increasing demands from parents for quality and reliable international schools and to help contribute to the education development efforts by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
Eco International School: currently, we are looking for a candidate in position Expatriate preschool/kindergarten teachers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that classroom and curriculum meet EIS pedagogy and standards
  • Adheres to Ethical teaching practices as set by EIS
  • Evaluates and maintains complete and accurate files regarding the students’ academic progress and physical, social and emotional growth, and communicates with parents on the individual students’ progress
  • Plans and evaluates daily lessons that are developmentally appropriate
  • Identifies the needs of the group of students, as well as individual students, and provides for continuous assessment of their ability and differentiated instruction to meet individual needs
  • Provides instruction, organization and management in the classroom, which creates a respectful environment conducive to learning
  • Supervises students in the classroom in a respectful and positive manner
  • Be responsible for appropriate use of space, equipment and material storage
  • Be responsible for creating a healthy and safe environment within the classroom and the campus
  • Adheres to all school Systems, protocols and policies that are developed
  • Maintains professional competence through participation in campus provided in services activities and self selected professional growth activities related to job responsibilities
  • Initiates,plans and participate in parent conferences
  • Fulfills other reasonable duties as prescribed by the school Director

*School participation and teamwork 

  • Arrives at work on time,punctually attends and actively participates in all required meetings/training
  • Requires to be respectful, cooperative, and reliable team member and participant in school activities
  • Consults with school Director in a timely fashion, to address the needs of students who are struggling
  • Be responsible for communicating and coordinating with subject teachers regarding lessons students behavior, parent communication, and reports through regular meetings
  • Participates in the assessment and planning of curriculum development and other programs to meet the needs of the school

*Highest Priority

  • Coordinates all daily class operation within the school
  • Follows and handles all issues relates to students for the school
  • Coordinate and suggests recommendations for school provides information about students 
  • Handles hospitality work for EIS

*Decision Making Authorities

  • Make sure to provide an effective education support to teachers and students orders & follows all directions from EIS
  • Considers over education operating activities, based on the policies approved

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Native English Speaker

Other Requirements


  • Bachelor degree in education or relevant certificate; 
  • Ability to participate in and establish collaborative structures 
  • Deep understanding of Early Childhood students and their needs 
  • A proven ability to differentiate instruction and integrate learning 
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment 


  • At least 2 years professional knowledge & experience in teaching
  • Experience in and understanding of IEYC (preferable) 


  • Computer knowledge ( Ms.Office, Internet & Email,Ms.Project )
  • Good problem-solving skills
