Fabric Purchaser

Summary of Position

Our offices in New York, Los Angeles, China, Korea and Cambodia are fully staffed to support the needs of our clients beginning with design research and product development as well as fabric, print and trim sourcing and strict quality assurance.

Cocovol Apparel (Cambodia) Inc. is seeking for Fabric Purchaser.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitates milestone process for all monitored activities (Fabric Planning, Fabric development/sourcing, Vendor Management)
  • Follow up for order confirmation, delivery, and all fabric issues
  • Work closely with warehouse department for stock and delivery
  • Good knowledge on garment accessories

Reporting to

The Material Manager

Experience Required

Must have 2 to 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser/Purchaser

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Good English communication skills, both verbal or written.

Other Requirements

  • Must have 2 to 3 years of work experience as merchandiser/purchaser
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to solve problem and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Willing to work overtime
