A leading international company specialized in factory management and plantations with operations around the world, is looking for a Factory Manager to be in charge of managing a rubber factory in Preah Vihear.

• Provide leadership and logistics management to assist in completing the building of the factory
• Manage, coordinate and oversee the production of 5,000 tons of rubber at ‘Michelin standards’ per year
• Establish and maintain the monthly budget
• Develop performance measures and ensure that they are met
• Manage all of the required Human Resource processes

• Minimum 3-5 years in management experience in a rubber factory
• Experience in working in rural locations
• Strong technical and management skills
• Chemistry engineering knowledge and experience require
• Good mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Position is open to both expatriate or local
• Speaking Khmer is a plus
• Must be willing to travel to factories in other countries
• Must be used to working in a rural area, with no social activity
• Also open to junior candidates with some rubebr factory experience who are willing to learn and also accept different benefits
