Olam Outspan (Cambodia) Co., Ltd: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Field Staff.

• Ability to pitch farmers/farmer lead/mobile farmer lead about Olam Direct
• Make sure that procurement is happens based on our SOP without any negotiation
• Ensuring no variance between purchased quality and received quality
• Are accountable for the weekly and monthly target (Farmer registration, procurement, and etc.)
• Assisting AOM and acquisition manager in recruiting farmers
• Make sure that pepper buying from farmers/MFLs should traceable to the farmer
• Collect competitor information from the ground and report to Area manager
• Have a good reputation among farmers/MFLs lead in the village
• Be responsible and accountable for Olam Direct assets in the field
• Visit farmers in villages everyday
• Expected to interact with farmers, survey and install apps for farmers

Will report to Area Manager

• Minimum high school, Bachelor degree in Agriculture is plus
• Knowledge of Agriculture product and/or Supplier is plus
• Knowledge of bidding, negotiation, communication and problem solving
• Basic English Language
• Strong morality and interpersonal relationship
• Curiosity, result-oriented, and team player
• Willing to learn and improve
• Be able to work as a team and honest
• Should be willing to live in Memot. Local candidate will be preferred
• Should be willing to stay on for atleast 12 months
