Finance and Admin Officer

Summary of Position

BRED Bank Cambodia is a subsidiary of BRED Banque Populaire, a member of the BPCE Group, the 2nd largest banking group in France, serving more than 31.2 million customers, employing more than 100,000 people worldwide, and counting 9 million cooperative shareholders.

BRED Bank is looking for a Finance and Admin Officer based in Head Office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in market research (looking for suppliers, getting quotations…)
  • Assist in preparing order, payment (petty cash, cheque, local transfer, international transfer)
  • Assist in preparation of tax declaration (WHT, VAT, PIT)
  • Assist in accounting processes (cash management, recording, reports, reconciliations…)
  • Assist in Fixed Assets process (records, inventory)
  • Assist in Admin process (contracts with suppliers, stationery management, Equipment management..)

Reporting to

The Senior Finance and Admin Officer

Experience Required

3 years of experiences

Other Requirements

Required Education & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in one of the field related to the position
  • OR lower degree accepted if at least 3 years experience in similar position.
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking).
  • French language is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills in Excel
