The Finance Manager (FM) is responsible for the integrity of Nokor Tep Hospital’s (NTH) financial books and records, the preparation and reporting of NTH’s financial results including, as applicable, regulatory reporting and the filing of tax returns. The role ensures that sound financial principles are applied to the way the hospital is run, and that all financial information provided to Senior Management, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders is accurate and in compliance with relevant regulatory and internal policies and standards.

The role covers Accounts Payable and Receivable (billing), tax and the management of the organization’s cash and bank positions. It further includes the appropriate accounting and tax filing of donations.

• Prepare, own, and present NTH Financial Statements and provide in-depth insight into NT’s financial position to Senior Management
• Design and implement an effective control procedures to prevent errors/misuse and to ensure the integrity of financial data and reports
• Develop, implement and lead manage a periodic planning and budgeting process
• Regularly evaluate the hospital’s processes and procedures and propose ways to improve efficiency 
• Build and lead a strong team, providing training/coaching and regular performance appraisals to staff 
• Stay abreast of new regulations and developments affecting NTH’s financial reporting and implement relevant changes in a timely manner
