Financial & Human Resource Manager
Summary of Position
Extreme Love Ministries is looking for a Financial Manager to manage ELM Cambodia’s accounting and a Human Resource Manager to manage human resource department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Manager:
- Administrates all payables and receivables
- Manages QuickBooks reports, cash counts and bank needs
- Manages annual audits and government reporting
Human Resource Manager:
- Trains new hires on related policies and procedures
- Administrates all employee and volunteer applications, contracts, and related HR documents.
- Keeps all HR files and schedules (employee reviews, holidays, contract updates, Visa renewals, etc)
Experience Required
2+ years
Languages Required
Excellent English proficiency / Khmer or native speaker
Other Requirements
- Full-Time / 30 Hours Per Week
- Excellent English proficiency / Khmer or native speaker
- Previous QuickBooks experience (mandatory 2+ years)
- Knowledgeable of MS Office and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environments
