Foodservice Sales Manager
Summary of Position
Our client is one of the leading international dairy group which sells a range of dairy products like cheese, milk, cream, butter, milk powder and ultra-fresh. They are seeking for a Foodservice Sales Manager who will be in charge of introducing company dairy range of product to other food service professionals, maintaining customer relationship, and driving brand & price and market analysis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Introduce company’s dairy range of products to foodservice professionals (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Coffee Shops, and Canteens). Provide extensive information about the products focusing on key benefits
- Identify and meet with key decision makers (Chefs, Purchasing, GM, F&B, R&D, and Supply Chain)
- Assess the customer’s needs and his existing collaboration with other suppliers
- Adapt sales speech, and product recommendations based on this assessment
- Ensure smooth, efficient and successful sales process (sampling, quotation, contract)
- Monitor the competition (brand & price) and report it
- Visit a significant number of new customers on daily basis, and follow up your existing ones
- Manage 2 Sales Representative (1 in Phnom Penh, 1 in Siem Reap)
- Weekly report of your activities which includes, customer’s visits, products, volume, prices and next steps
- Monthly sales report analysis and corrective actions plan

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Other Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Sales & Marketing is a plus)
- Fluent in English
- Solid experience in Sales is required
- Experience in the Food & Beverage Industry is a strong advantage
- Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to travel to the field (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap)
- Driving License and Motorcycle Owner
