General Manager
Summary of Position
Combine work with pleasure on Sihanoukville’s coast. Join a skilled team in a chic beachfront boutique hotel with an established reputation. Focusing on guest’s comfort and tranquillity your work area will include a restaurant, a bar and a swimming pool.
The General Manager will be in charge of overseeing guests’ satisfaction by supervising staff performances and quality of service. Optimise the hotel’s profitability and activity by implementing sales and marketing plans.
Experience in General Manager in the similar environment.
Fluency in English.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Increase guest satisfaction by evaluating and optimising quality of products, service and staff performance
- Create excellent relationship with guests and make sure to deal with any problems or requests that may occur
- Hire, train and motivate qualified staff to meet the highest quality standards in the delivery of service
- Establish and maintain open communication with the working team
- Measure the existing market for products and service and target customers’ needs in order to meet those needs and develop the Hotel’s activity
- Develop advertising campaigns and sales promotions to expand the Hotel’s client base
- Optimise the company’s profitability by driving marketing and sales strategies and setting revenue goals to achieve
- Liaise with partners and associated companies with tact and courtesy
- Provide monthly reports
