General Manager
Summary of Position
A machinery provider company in Cambodia is seeking for a General Manager Operation. The General Manager Operation will be in charge of sales and after sales, ensuring the operational management of Business Unit (BU) in-line with company challenges and implementing in operational management system and its related issues. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Represent the organization progress on strategic goals to external stake holder
- Develop and define the BU strategy
- Lead key initiative in operation to support overall strategy
- Ensure business decisions are grounded in sound of financial and operational criteria
- Provide insight and analysis to COO to support the whole organization
- Set comprehensive goals for BU performance and growth
- Set up objectives and directives for BU operational functions mainly sales & marketing, service, technical support, warehouse, spare-parts, finance & accounting, HR and assets maintenance
- Evaluate newly implemented sales plans
- Oversee daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary
- Organize, motivate and lead the related departments to achieve a high level of work efficiency and performance

Experience Required
4-5 years’ experience in sale and business development
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Strong verbal and writing communication skills in English

- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Power point
- Excellent team leader and flexible, decisive and proactive problem solver
