General Manager

Summary of Position

YINKOK FOOD CORP is a leading foodservice company in Cambodia providing the best dining experiences by our brands such as Domino, Tous Les Jours, T&C, Lotteria, The Asian Kitchen and Kyochon. We are totally running more than 20 outlets around Phnom Penh and also in Siem Reap province. Our mission is to spread service standard of food & beverage in Cambodia. We are looking for General Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Increase the group profitability by growing sales and improving efficiency in our brands;
  • Develop and Execute the business plan
  • Execute company wide marketing programs; initiate programs on time, correctly and with minimal direction

Finance Control

  • Be responsible for the control of resources of the business (employees, stock, product and cash)
  • Participate in the compilation of the budget and adjust by monitoring the financial performance of the company
  • Ensure that all company procedures are implemented, understood and operated
  • Staff Management
  • Lead, coach and manage the head of operations, Marketing and HR
  • Adopt and promote a leadership style with participation, involvement and communication

Customer Service and Quality

  • Strive towards excellence of standards for the product
  • Ensure all complaints are dealt in order to maximize customer satisfaction

General

  • Identify and anticipate problems and take the necessary corrective action
  • Contribute as a member of the management team in all relevant meetings
  • Foster good working relationships with other companies

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Manager (Staff supervisor,...)

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Management or equivalent
  • 10 years experience in restaurant or hotel operation/management (experience from F&B industry would be a plus)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Confident and dynamic
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive a business and work under pressure
  • Proven leadership ability with direct reports and within the overall organization
  • Proven ability to manage a large volume of complex work effectively and efficiently, prioritizing consistently for optimal business results
  • Proven ability to motivate and work collaboratively with cross-function peers
