General Manager (អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងទូទៅ)

Summary of Position

The General Manager shall exercise such supervision and direction as will promote the efficient and effective the RTR operations in assisting RTR Managing Director to oversee the whole business of the RTR.

Essential Functions

The responsibilities of this position include a variety of tasks that contribute to achieving the RTR-wide goals of ensuring the effective and efficient operations of the RTR. The outcomes of this position are expected to be: (1) a large and strong market share; (2) advancement of business operations; (3) quality excellences of all services; (4) a smooth and cooperative environment among staff, and with other concerned managers;

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Corporate with the Managing Director in developing company strategy for company development
  • Corporate with the Managing Director in responsible to day to day operations to ensure that company is running well and profitable
  • Corporate with in making and ensure that company has clear policy including financial policy, administration policy, and other necessary policy and those policies must be well implement by all staff and guards
  • Lead the weekly and monthly meeting with all staff to follow up their work achievement and their work plan
  • Strengthen rules and regulations including staff working time and staff leave
  • Providing an example leadership to all employees in the RTR
  • Corporate with the MD in Controlling daily operation’s job to strengthen quality and effective job to fulfill best service to the RTR’s customer

  • Minimum of 3 year experience in the tourism business management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Good English proficiency
  • Computer Literacy (Ms office Ms Word, Ms excel, Internet and E-mail)
  • Strong organizational, communication, report writing, decision-making, conflict solving and facilitating skills, and good interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of business operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to details, timelines, the community-wide context for decisions, and legal implications
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently, trustworthily, and collaboratively
  • Strong commitment to diversity
  • High level of diplomacy and confidentiality required
