General Manager
Summary of Position
A property development company and they are looking for a General Manager who will be in charge of leading the Special Economic Zones project with a clearly defined sense of business direction and purpose. She/he will be based in Kandal Province.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the Special Economic Zones project with a clearly defined sense of business direction and purpose.
- Develop and execute a well-defined strategy for SEZ implementation for company
- Analyze risk of investment and green fields development.
- Develop an appropriate SEZ model, which will enhance the company’s competitiveness.
- Establish and implement regulatory framework and management processes to manage specific performance measures that support the successful SEZ implementation.
- Assesses performance and makes timely changes in strategy, structure and resource allocations
Experience Required
More than 10 years’ experiences in management position of industrial estate management, business development and/or sales and marketing.
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Khmer is a plus
Other Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering Management or related fields..
- Be able to work in Cambodia.
