General Manager

Summary of Position

One of Food and Beverage group in Cambodia is seeking for a General Manager to fulfill in the role of Managing, Strategic planning, Branding, Marketing and Quality management. He/ She will be based in Siem Reap.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Implementation

  • Increase development’s effectiveness by orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining manager, communicating value, strategies, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
  • Oversea daily operations of the business unit
  • Coordinate the development of key performance goals and functions and direct reports
  • Coordinate effort by establishing productions, Marketing field, policies, Practice and coordinate policies with  corporate staff
  • Maintain quality of products and service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related result as needed

Business Development

  • Build Company image by collaborating with the sales team, customers, community organizations, and employee to enforcing ethical business practice
  • Develop implementation strategies to ensure that business initiative are met
  • Accomplish subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and result  measurement

Business Partnership

  • foresee the future of the business and making key investment and investment recommendation

Project and Event Management

  • Work well with branding, Marketing and other department to ensure any events are running smooth

Staff supervision and Development

  • Challenge and inspire employees to achieve targets 
  • Mentor, coach and develop team members
  • Oversea Training and development of the employee directly and make effective staffing decisions
  • Conduct and ensure the completion of performance review
  • Ensure partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirement 
  • Other will be assigned by Executive Director

Other Requirements

  • At least 5 Year Experiences in Sales, Products Management or related field
  • Minimum in Bachelor Degree in the field of Business Administration or other relevant
  • Experienced in Financial planning, strategy, Quality Management and analytic skills
  • Proficiency in English communication and other language is a plus
  • Fast Learner, Critical thinking, Process improvement and Proactive
