General Manager SHGMSH1511

Summary of Position

The General Manager will be in charge of leading and facilitating the growth of the business by setting the strategic direction and vision for the company.

At least 3 years working experience in the same position.

Good command in English.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and refine company’s vision, mission, goals and strategic directions to successfully achieve maximum profitability
  • Be responsible for the planning annual budget plan, and effectively managing and controlling the annual budget and providing accurate information to the Directors on a regular basis
  • Manage all aspects of the business including operation, finance, IT and human resources by setting and monitoring clear objectives and budgets for the effective maximization of business profitability
  • Ensure that all resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work and that priorities are always covered adequately
  • Develop the management’s team quality and skills and ensure the service is provided with best quality
  • Develop and create a high performance team and inculcate a culture of exceeding targets achievement for the entire workforce in the business
  • Support Operation Manager to develop the Security Roadmap and security operation plans
  • Provide Security advice and scope the Security equipment and systems necessary
  • Ensure that all company’s policies and procedures are in place and implemented effectively
  • Maintain the security operations manual up-to-date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties, individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, and training
  • Ensure that all necessary tender documentation for development of suitable Security agreements are prepared properly
