Guest Relation Officer

Summary of Position

FCC Angkor Hotel has been the meeting place for intrepid adventurers, locals and visitors, from around the world. FCC Angkor Hotel brings together spirited people where, in colonial settings perfect for conversation, good food and drink have always been the order of the day.

We are looking for a Guest Relation Officer with at least 1 year experience in related position.

Under the general direction of the Group Front Office Manager, and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the Front Office Coordination to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction and profit.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides personalized service to each and every guest of the hotel. The time spent at the lobby by Guest Relation Officer  to  be maximized in order to properly attend to guests’ specific requests including but not limited to:
  • Ensuring all VIPs and Corporate guests are well taken care
  • Issuing rooms keys for all return and VIP guest. These guest would be directed to the lifts
  • Accepting reservations for next arrival and future visit.
  • Courtesy calls.
  • Providing assistance with specific queries or problems.
  • Preparing GM Welcome card, anniversary card, birthday card etc.
  • Return Guest is ensured that their requests are met for room specifications.
  • Long stay guest are accorded their amenities with the right coordination.

Experience Required

At least 1 year experience in related position

Minimum Educational Level Required

High School or equivalent

Minimum Career Level Required

High School Student

Languages Required

English

Other Requirements

  • Very good presentation and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to use MS Office, and be familiar with Room Master, Quick Room, and other related hotel system.
  • Open-minded, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm thereby setting good example for other to emulate.
  • Good understanding of the concept of excellent customer service and guest hospitality.
  • Ability to anticipate guest’s needs.
  • Ability to make the daily, weekly and monthly report.
  • Ability to understand job instructions.
  • Be eager to learn new things/ skills.
  • Be committed.
  • Be honest, and not afraid to ask for help instead of pretending.
  • Be a team player!
