Gym Club Team Leader

Summary of Position

Orkide Villa Group is a real estate development company based in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. The company specialises in the development of high-quality, mixed-use developments, based on principally residential uses. Currently, we are looking for Gym Club Team Leader.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Control the overall operation of the Club
  • Assure that effective orientation and training for new staffs
  • Create quantity and quality output for staffs
  • Checking revenue and cost control
  • Ensure all safety, sanitation, energy management, and prevention maintenance
  • Implementing, policies and procedure of company

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree any related field
  • Minimum 2-3years related private clubhouse, resort, and hospitality
  • Ability to Control staffs or co-worker
  • Ability to use gym equipment
  • Ability to maintain guests
  • Knowledge of clubhouse operation
  • Experience of working in Housing Complex Development
  • Good communications skills in English
  • A good people manager who can motivate his staff and himself.
  • Strong team-building and managerial skills
