Head of Consultant

Summary of Position

A company specialized in investment consulting is looking for their Head of Consultant. The Head of Consultant will assist the managing partner in the development of the consulting department. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Consulting:

  • Draft business plan and write investment memo
  • Collect financial data, benchmark competitors in Cambodia and abroad
  • Liaise with lawyers in order to review and analyse contracts, cover legal risks of each investment or consulting case
  • Support negotiation process with customers and suppliers.
  • Support Foreign Direct Investment cases by performing market studies and the advocacy process with Government bodies and technical administrations
  • Projects' operational audit and consultancy
  • Establish the reporting process (templates, KPIs, etc.), collect performance data about subsidiaries
  • Coordinate and delegate the tasks to the junior team

Business development:

  • Build relationships with clients in order to gain a better understanding of their needs and requirements
  • Draft quotations, close project sales

Reporting to

To The Managing Partner

Experience Required

2-3 years' experience in advisory and/or investment banking sector or an equivalent experience in a strategy & development department of a major company

Minimum Educational Level Required

Master's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Excellent communication in English and Khmer both writing and speaking.
French is a plus.

Other Requirements

  • Master degree in relevant field
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills, team player
