Summary of Position
One international bank in Cambodia is looking for a Head of Customer Banking.
The Head of Customer Banking will be in charge of consumer banking business (including SME) planning, market and business development, marketing strategic planning, advertisement promotion, cross channel products design, and other resources integration.
5 years of relevant experience in managing consumer banking operations, of which at least 2-3 years should be in a leadership role managing teams and projects.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Design or plan new/suitable consumer banking products for local market and integrate sales planning strategy with bank’s operation plan in order to achieve the goals
- Strategic planning and execute projects in order to raise bank’s profile and increase profit
- Execute performance management and training for subordinates, improve their professional ability and team performance
- Supervise the projects progress and ensure the quality is good
- Explore new business and develop portfolios through strengthening customers’ relationships, and provide differentiated services to customers

- Strong communication, interpersonal, team building, negotiating, and organizing skills
