Srun Mong Co.,Ltd is looking for a Head of Logistic.

4 or 5 years’ experience in truck controlling and as a logistics manager.

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation
• Controlling and monitoring all trucks in the company as well as evaluation all drivers’ performance and attendant
• Create policies or procedures for logistics activities
• Able to plan Manage staff resources according to changing needs 
• Controlling and monitoring GPS System on all trucks
• Be sure that all logistics activities are arranged properly and smoothly
• Be sure that the goods are delivered to the customers with the right strength, quantity, location and time
• Train the truck drivers about traffic law and truck maintenance
• Able to plan, research and development the logistic system to be more effectiveness
• Cooperate with other divisions/departments of the Company
• Producing report of distribution and logistics management
• Perform other duties as assigned from top management

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Have the ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions;
• Be flexible and have the ability to manage change and organize time management
• Knowledge in IT literate and have the ability to handle electronic data
• Good in Microsoft Office, internet and email
• Should be honest and responsible towards the job
• Willing to work hard and be responsibility
