Head of Music and Entertainment

Summary of Position

One of a big Telecom company in Cambodia is seeking for a Head of Music and Entertainment that will be in charge of Explore and execute new SVOD partnership for regional and local content via hard bundling, DOB to drive ARPU, subscriber base & data usage. He/She will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contractual: Commercial negotiations & contractual agreements + NDAs
  • Technical integration: Billing, charging, system connectivity & integration
  • Customer acquisition: Digital marketing, GTM, ATL, BTL, SMSB
  • Product implementation: Concept paper, PDD’s
  • Reporting & analytics: Gross, churn, net adds
  • Single contact point for third party vendors
  • Product- Develop & continue to manage all music related services (Music app, Tunes, Web portal, IVR) to assist growing subscriber base, drive data usage & revenue
  • Growth hacking
  • Bugs & fixes and Revenue model
  • Grow Music content library via content acquisition partnership’s with artists, local and international content providers. Exclusive content marketing to drive acquisition and usage
  • Concerts & events– Sponsored or own organized music events to increase brand awareness lifestyle image
  • Gaming– Small screen gaming partnerships that can be used to differentiate from competition, attract new subs, increase ARPU and stimulate data usage

Experience Required

Experience in the music, content & entertainment industry preferred with strong understanding of core Telecommunication services

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent in English language
