Head of Strategy and Planning

Summary of Position

Our client is one of the leading commercial banks in Cambodia. Currently, they are looking for a Head of Strategy and Planning to lead the strategy and planning department which is a new establishment in supporting and driving corporate strategy and planning of the bank. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and planning department in achieving overall bank’s strategy and performance;
  • Formulate strategy for short and long term planning and roadmap to senior management;
  • Initiate and develop the framework, reporting tools, and dashboard to communicate with all the departments and management team;
  • Identify, refine, implement business goals in collaboration with relevant department to achieve bank’s goals and objectives;
  • Conduct the internal and external analysis to identify and provide recommendation for future business trends, modeling and opportunities to support the growth of the bank.

Reporting to

  • Deputy CEO

Other Requirements

  • Degree preferably Economics, Business studies or related matters
  • 10 years of professional experience in Corporate Strategy and Planning, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking
  • Strong in project management and execution
  • Very creative, proactive, good team player and highly self-driven
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Good command in English, Japanese is a plus
