HR and Admin Manager
Summary of Position
Tang Pech Construction Co., Ltd: currently, we are looking for an Administrator and Human Resource Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and update the HR policies
- Manage monthly payroll, incentive, allowances, NSSF, reimbursement
- Manage on Recruitment, enrolment, resignation
- Handle on labour compliance (according to country’s law, responsible for check and verify to report of employee’s endorsement insurance, accidental insurance)
- Responsible for request foreign employee employment book and annual inspection with Ministry of labour and vocational
- Human Resource document management (Employee document filling, Labour contract management, attendance management. etc.)
- Coordinate with all department managers for performance appraisal reviews, ranking sessions and processing of outcome of appraisals
- Advice and support other department managers on interpretation and administration of performance development process, training policies and eligibility programs
- Provide company induction training program to new employees and refreshing session to existing employees of every department
- Coordinate in learning and development activities with all departmental managers for internal training and with external trainers and guest speaker
- Support and implement management training plans based on training and developmental needs identified through the performance management process or other process
- Develop and manage yearly training/ sharing programs and activities such as career development plan, succession planning, job rotation programs, promotion, reassignment/ reallocation, and other exciting development programs to gain the benefits to staff and company
- Identify the skill gaps and potential development for all staff through conducting a yearly training need assessment (TNA) and recommendation from senior management team related to Policy and Procedure
- Evaluate and follow up training implementation especially identify the achievement and obstacle from the implementation process and then prepare a report and recommendation to relevant management to consider
- Keep and expand a good connection with external training agencies, training partnership, famous guest speakers to collect a precise information, updated resource, technology and plan change/ improvement where appropriate
- Keep track and record staff training profile, training attendance, budgeting expense and other administration affairs in a proper manner
- Supply and control all logistics and training materials timely and effectively based on plan and schedule
- Perform other duties assigned by top management team

- Be dynamic, autonomous and well organized
- Literate Computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint…)
