HR Manager
Summary of Position
KFOOD INNOVATION CO.,LTD is looking for a HR Manager. The HR Manager is an important position that manage all resource suspect and support to operation for any human resource matter by stategic planning and developement, prepare policy and internal rule to control all level of employee and make sure all employee have follow to company needs and standard.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the whole process for recruiting and training new staffs
- Set HR strategies, policies, and prepare HR planning
- Control the task related to salaries or benefit for all the staffs
- Set and manage staff policies in the company
- Check payroll, attendance record and manage other tasks related to HR
- Manage staffs’ concerns and take care to ensure a good work environment
- Perform other related task assigned by Director
