HR Officer - Recruiment Speialist

Summary of Position

Unisun Development Corp: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position HR Officer - Recruiment Speialist.

This position is accountable for assisting in delivering human resources support for smooth functioning of HR processes throughout the employees’ life cycle at the organization.

Within this, the Recruitment Officer will have to bring a special and strong focus and support on the recruitment process, using her/his experience in recruitment sources strategies according to the open position level in order to identify the right pool of talent through the right channel.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Manage our company’s short-term and long-term hiring needs in leading and operating the diverse phases of the recruitment process
  •  Attending job fairs, conferences, explore permanently the new recruitment sources
  •  Coordinates with managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs and all along the recruitment process
  •  Advertise the job openings across multiple channels, according to the open position level and its scope 
  • Coordinates interviews (both phone and in-person) and ensure our company recruits and retains qualified employees, while nurturing a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Conduct pre-employment screening, and conducts interviews in order to elaborate a short list
  • Lead /Assist in Job Description development
  • Manage the administrative tasks related including documentation, reports and filling of HR and related documents   
  • Coordinate new joiners’ orientation and induct them about the general rules and regulations of the organization and Comp & Ben structures (including the maintenance of the check list for new joiners, finger print registration, etc…)
  • Set up process and documentation for the recruitment activity (welcome book, handbook, interview guides, business cases,…)

Experience Required

- At least 5 years’ Experience in HR/Admin Officer/ Supervisory role in an established company

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Languages Required

- English (both spoken and written)

Other Requirements

  • University degree in HR & Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years’ Experience in HR/Admin Officer/ Supervisory role in an established company
  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes, Proven experience in recruitment sources strategies according to the position level and the scope of the open position in order to identify the right pool of talent through the right channel
  • Analytical mind that can identify problem
  • Autonomy, Initiative, Problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skill to handle and prioritize tasks
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and policies
  • Great team player
  • Proficient in MS office
  • English (both spoken and written)
