Human Resources Consultant
Summary of Position
One of the leading communicative network is looking for a Human Resources Consultant.
The Human Resources Consultant will be in charge of providing human capital management advisory services to businesses. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Advise companies on best human capital management practices
- Helps clients strategically integrate effective Human Resources processes, programs and practices into their daily operations
- Perform internal reviews and audit of current systems and policies
- Perform quality assurance checks
- Deliver surveys to employees
- Conduct investigations and research into reclassification and classification
- Ensure business practices are in accordance with human resource policies and labor laws
- Provide company with updated salary and job description information
- Provide consultation and guidance to senior management and organizational partners in the interpretation of human resource management policies, procedures, programs and application of related government laws and regulations
- Lead HR-related projects
- Provide advice on discipline process, conduct disciplinary review conferences and advise on appropriate outcomes
- Develop employee restructuring plans
- Devise severance packages

The Human Resources Manager
Experience Required
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Languages Required
Professional proficiency in English and Khmer
Other Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Strong analyze skill and good understanding in communication
- Proficiency in using computer
