Human Resources Manager

Summary of Position

A specialist in sourcing, quality, production and compliance services for their clients specialized in garments and textiles industry. They are looking for a Human Resources Manager who is responsible for Training & Development and also Recruitment (TD&R), as well as for the design and the promotion of the culture and the values of the company. This position will be based in Phnom Penh with some travels in South East Asia. This position is open to expats.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead talent management, employee development, and succession planning initiatives
  • Analyze training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions
  • Translate the vision, mission, and strategy into projects and initiatives with milestones and delivery schedules
  • Execute, follow up and assess the People Review and Performance campaign
  • Lead recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to build a superior workforce. Coordinate centralized hiring and onboarding administrative processes
  • Development, implementation and standardization of the HR company policies and procedures and general operations of the company
  • Manage the project of embedment and focus on the company’s culture to create a work environment employees can be proud of
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, priorities, and tools/resources for the promotion of the culture and the values of the company
  • Ensure the compliance of the overall administration in the HR department

To the Managing Director  

Experience Required

10 Years+ of experience in the human resources field in a similar industry

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required
