Cocovol Apparel (Cambodia) Inc. is looking for Industrial Engineer.

• Must be knowledgeable in garment labor costing
• Measure and compute material usage and thread consumptions
• Check and verify Operations Breakdown (OB) of each incoming style
• Proper allocation of manpower and machines based on the target capacity plan
• Conduct method study and educate the operators to follow the best method
• Conduct performance development for low performance operators, trainees and bottleneck operation through cycle check, motion and time study and production study
• Coordinate with production leaders in maintaining balance and normal workflow of the line
• Coordinate with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory efficiency
• Monitor production to identify problems in constructing a certain style
• Guide production IE in setting target, productivity improvements and work simplification
• Conduct cost saving analysis

The Chief Production Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience in an Apparel Industry
• Ability to execute against multiple priorities simultaneously and successfully
• Ability to review analytical data and determine best course of action for all areas within current scope
• Effective communication & influence skills, Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
