International Travel & Assistance Coordinator

Summary of Position

We, Asian Assistance an emergency medical assistance company providing service to travellers in Asia, is looking for a qualified candidate to our company, with the position as International Travel & Assistance Coordinator, to join our set up in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for efficient response to our clients’ request
  • Represent Asian Assistance within Phnom Penh
  • Welcoming & assist guest & clients of the company when so required
  • Manage incoming inquiries of our business in  Phnom Penh
  • Translation and interpretation of incoming documents (Cambodia/English)
  • Coordinate with our headquarter & Call Centre in Bangkok through email and phone to ensure efficient and fast service
  • Provide answer to inquiries of the client
  • Arrange and book travel arrangements including flight, taxi & hotel accommodation
  • Assist clients for medical referral and obtaining medical notes from respective facilities
  • Monitor medical files.Coordinate with provider & network within the  Phnom Penh
  • Basic accounting duties including payment of invoices
  • All files are being closely monitored from our head quarter which is in close cooperation with our representative offices & service providers in Asia

Experience Required

1-2 years

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Fresh Graduate / Entry level

Languages Required

English

Other Requirements

  • Male or Female, with excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must
  • Proficiency in use of computer program for Microsoft office suite (word, outlook, excel), Internet & Fax
  • Able to work on flexible working schedule & on call
  • Minimum bachelor degree from an accredited college/university
  • Holding passport and able to travel when required
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with attention to details
  • Capacity to prioritize by assessing situations to determine urgency and able to work cooperatively and effectively with others
  • Ability to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary and able to work under stress
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality
  • Ability to organize and plan work independently
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
