ICS International School is looking for an Inventory Officer.

• Control and review staff uniform, student uniform, stationary, book and inventory for Canteen
• Daily-check all petrol issued card
• Daily-check receiving log book of store keeper
• Daily-check store issued log book of store keeper
• Create code for new items in ACCPAC
• Define unit price for new items in ACCPAC
• Review daily inventory transfer in/out in ACCPAC
• Review daily consumption of inventory in ACCPAC
• Spot check physical count of inventory all departments
• Spot check physical count of non-current assets all departments
• Month-ended-inventory-movement report
• Month-ended-inventory-clearance reconciliation
• Responsible for Ad hoc Project as instructed by management
• Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor or management

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year experience as inventory controller or related field
• Independent and self-driven
• Must be a meticulous self-starter and have the ability to multi-task to meet tight timelines
• Good communication, problem solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of computer skills (Spreadsheet/Accounting software, ACCPAC System familiar is advantageous)                            
• Must be honest, trustworthy and detail oriented
