IT Software Developer
Summary of Position
Cambodian Children’s Fund is a world leading international non-profit organization founded in 2004 which provides life-changing education, nourishment and a wide-range of community services to vulnerable children and families from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. We are looking for IT Software Developer.
The IT Software Developer is responsible for creating technical specifications and test plans. This role also focuses on consulting clients/colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems and asking questions to obtain information clarify details and implement information. Investigate new technologies and provide on the job training to new department staff member and orientation to new staff as well.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Create technical specifications and test plans
- Code, Test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database and programming technology
- Maintain and modify programs, Make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes
- Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor
- Write operational documentation with technical authors.
- Maintain document programming problems and resolutions for future reference
- Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Diploma of Engineering
- Experience in Software Development
- Knowledge of programming procedures and programming languages
- Good interpersonal skills, Well-organized
