Key Account Manager
Summary of Position
A mobile Telecommunication company in Cambodia is looking for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be in charge of managing marketing, sale segment. Key Account Manager will be able to build strong networking with clients, working close to the customer to reach the desired marketing objective. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Cooperate Sales Team, in terms of revenue, number of accounts and subscriber base within the Small Medium Enterprise (SME) market segment
- Establish a professional working and consultative relationship with the customer at all organizational levels especially the senior levels
- Develop a core understanding of the customers’ telecommunication needs
- Build talent pipeline, coach, train, motivate and grow corporate sales team
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach direct reports on sales process
- Develop and manage the team’s sales pipeline from suspect to closure
- Maintain knowledge of competitors in an account to strategically products and services better
- Design the Sales Incentive Plan for each account executive
- Report on sales activity and submit weekly forecast to Head of Enterprise Sales & CMO office
- To work closely with customer service to ensure our customers are well support at all times
- Consistently overachieve a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
- Provide customer and prospect feedback to both marketing and product teams
Experience Required
6 years of sales experience including 3 years of sales management
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer
Other Requirements
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Utilizes MS Excel as an expert and accurately forecasts business.
- Well versed in managing sales cycle through a CRM
- Good Negotiation and Presentation Skills
- Proven track record of success and good experience selling to enterprise accounts
