Leasing Assistant
Summary of Position
Hongkong Land is one of Asia’s leading property investment, management and development groups with premium commercial and residential property interests across the region. Currently, we are looking for Leasing Assistant.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Administration
- Provide administration support to Leasing /Marketing Dept
- Assist prepare leasing documentations, filing, and administration
- Update tenants contact records and maintain filing system
- Issued contracts for Daily, monthly & yearly
- Fill and scanning to store on server for AS or other related departments
- Keep updating corporate clients data, both existing and new account
- Issued corporate rate contracts to various companies, embassies, MMCs
- Organize events at Central Mansions as schedule assign
- Conduct inspection while there is any enquiry
- Respond enquiries if necessary
Reservation and On-line Booking
- Ensure the reservation have to keep updating and fully control
- Work with online agencies to ensure the sales growth via online
- Ensure the reporting need to keep updating and on time

The Leasing Manager

Other Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in related field preferable hospitality
- At least 2 years experiences in leasing or sales role
- Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with people (difference nationality & culture)
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Matured, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Smart and multi-tasks oriented
- Computer literate (MS. Office, Email, etc.)
