Managing Director

Summary of Position

A  Food & Beverage company is looking for a Managing Director  who will be in charge of developing business strategy and driving company revenue for Food Services and responsible for the overall operational, financial performance of the business from production, sales to client retention. leading and building high performance teams to ensure the success of the company. The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
  • Lead the company sharing the vision and motivating the teams
  • Oversee the company’s financial performance and ensure finance management is in line with objectives
  • Ensure company policies and guidelines across departments and continuous measure through quality control and KPIs
  • Act as public relations representative of the company
  • Develop long term contracts with range of b2b clients
  • Build teams and delegate responsibilities and supervise their work providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance and exceed customer expectations
  • Lead the organization, production planning and supply chain implementation
  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with the board
  • Provide strategic advice so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future

Experience Required

Preferred 5-10 years’ experience in food service or bakery industry
