Marketing and Communication Executive

Summary of Position

An oil product and shop market in Cambodia. The Marketing and Communication Executive will be in charge of Advertising and promotions budget (shared responsibilities) USD 100k Communications & Sponsoring budget (direct responsibilities) USD 20k, 73 Service stations network (branding, service quality and proper identity norms control). 300 lubricants customers/distributors and resellers. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Marketing Manager in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities
  • Execute relevant and timely campaigns/collateral projects to meet budget and business goals with close contact with Retail Network department, Specialties department and Commercial Department
  • Create partnerships with other players in the market for collaboration, exchange of resources and/or business opportunities, both B2B and B2C
  • Supervise the production and implementation of marketing materials for Network, Lube and Digital marketing
  • Execute a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans
  • Track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications
  • Direct marketing strategies/events at the stations
  • Digital marketing: Create strategy, communication plan, Execute plan for Mobile App, Social Media pages, Website and other Online platforms
  • Support HR department in organizing internal events and CSR events
  • Monitor & control A&P budget, release the reporting in coordination with the Business Controller

Accountabilities

  • Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Job Holder is responsible for the dedicated budget (create & follow-up), including advertising, sponsorship, events, medias, corporate support etc

To Marketing and Communication Manager

Experience Required

Two years of experience in advertising and digital marketing preferred

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Good English Level in writing, communication and interpersonal skills

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor of Marketing, Communication or related field
  • An ability to work on several projects at the same time
  • Strong understanding of new technologies
  • Local and International mobility
