Marketing and Communication Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is an international bank in Cambodia. They are looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager who will be responsible for developing the Public relations and also manage the communication campaign. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Elaborate and follow the annual budget for communication and marketing
  • Set up a cross-media communication plan respecting the budget planned
  • Manage the communication campaigns and ensure the unicity and consistency of the messages throughout the different communication channels - online and offline media, branches network and events
  • Carry on developing the Public Relations (co-branded events, partnerships, sponsoring)
  • Set up and follow events calendar and retro planning
  • Conduct and analyze yearly market and competitor studies ]
  • Propose and organize products and services promotions strategy
  • Analyze results of marketing actions and follow up with sales team to adjust the communication campaigns accordingly
  • Create monthly reports on results of the on-going campaigns
  • Re-evaluate the components of the marketing mix with the bank’s executive team each year

Minimum Educational Level Required

Master's Degree

Languages Required

Proficiency in English and French

Other Requirements

  • Master degree in Management with a specialization in Communication and Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in banking sector would be a plus
  • Fluent in English and French language 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and Organization skills
