Marketing and Communications Lead

Summary of Position

Urban Hub (Cambodia): Currently, we are looking for a Marketing and Communication Lead staff.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop the long-term marketing strategy for all Factory departments, this includes, but is not limited to office
  • and retail space rentals (advertising), marketing of Factory events, cross-promotion of Workspace 1 events complete strategy and cross-marketing of tenant events
  • Plan and management and content creation for all social media channels, primarily Facebook and Instagram
  • Content creation, production management, and editing of annual or bi-annual updates to the Factory “Booklet” (thestory of Factory)
  • Development and manage the co-content development of aquarterly, and eventually monthly Factory Newspaper
  • Oversea Factory Web Page including addition of news page (blog) for cross promotion and any needed content creation
  • Be the owner and curator of Factory’s brand strategy ensuring that every public communication the leaves the presses or computer meets are branding guidelines
  • Support the event manager and event coordinator in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts,setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and update calendars
  • Other tasks are assigned by Factory Director

Other Requirements

  • BA/MA in marketing, advertising, or communications or equivalent
  • Five+ years work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content, marketing & social media marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in print and editorial (long form) marketing materials, be prepared to share examples
  • Experience with research using data analytics software,Perfect writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Medium level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and In Design (we have design support positions, but much day-to-day- content will be the responsibility of this position)
  • Priority will be given to Khmer, Filipino, Thai and Malaysian national
