Marketing Event Executive ($500 UP Very Urgent).

Summary of Position

Nowadays, Ngy heng becomes a famous enterprise which is import and export trade, production, project installation and tenancy in Cambodia after the development in the past dozen years. Its subordinate enterprise include: Ngy heng Professional Electronic, Ngy heng Engineering, Ngy heng Elevator and Ngy heng Agriculture and Development.

Currently, we are looking the qualified candidate to fill the position of Marketing Event Executive to assist with the delivery of an expanding annual programmed of events which reflect and support the objectives and long term strategy of in building our Relationships with all of our supporters and to the wider public. The role will actively assist in the delivery company of regular events, as well as the development of new and innovative events which are commercially viable and attract new company product.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research, develop and deliver new events which reflect and support the objectives and long term strategy of company event
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to agree upon objectives and outcomes for each event
  • Have input into the overall of events strategy, planning and delivery process
  • Work with appropriate colleagues to develop and deliver the event specification and ensure that the style of the event meets the objectives and target of company
  • Work with the marketing department and other staff to ensure appropriate presentation of product and service of company issues are thoroughly managed for the delivery of each event
  • Work in conjunction with various departments as required, ensuring consistently high standards in the delivery of events
  • Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model
  • Interfaces with other departments to ensure proper set up for successful coordination of events
  • Ambassador of the company at trade shows and conventions to promote company and build target of sale
  • Deliver events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations
  • Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project
  • Work and communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships with media and advertising agency
  • Manage operational and administrative function to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
  • Travel to project site inspections and managing the events
  • Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery of event activity compliance with company budget

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of any relate field
