Summary of Position

Ngy Heng Group Co., Ltd is looking for Marketing Executive.

The Marketing Executive is responsible for support in planning, development and implement on of all of the company’s marketing strategies, marketing communication, and public relations activities both external and internal. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote the product of NGY Heng Group Co., Ltd. Ensure that plans are properly implemented.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and targeting new customers with new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintaining a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry
  • Manage customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand
  • Search for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region
  • Travel to visit potential clients
  • Establish new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Manage and interpreting customer requirements
  • Persuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms
  • Negotiate and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Prepare reports for sale manager
  • Record and maintaining client contact data
  • Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Solve client problems
  • Provide training and producing support material for the sales team
  • Attain maximum customer satisfaction by providing efficient after sale service to the customers

  • Have experiences as sale &marketing with engineering, Technician of elevator is a great advantage
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, website contents management and structural engineering designed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chines
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and the result of strategies
  • Be able travel to other province
  • Other task as assigned by supervisor/manager
