Modernity Co., ltd is looking for a Marketing Executive.

• Conduct market research and client surveys in order to improve company’s services
• Obtain and update competitor’s information on a regular basis, monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
• Work with management to develop and propose strategies and tactics for Modernity development and growth and set up promotion and marketing tools to promote Modernity branding
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers
• Prepare reports, monthly report, quarterly report and annual report
• Ensure that company’s website and social media is updated, writing and distributing press releases
• Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies
• Perform other tasks set out by Head of department

• At least 1-year working experiences in market, preferable in food service industry or hotel or property development
• Good command in English & Khmer both written and spoken (Chinese is a plus)
• Creative ideas of marketing techniques and concepts
• Good at communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Work under pressure and timeline
• Knowledge with MS office, PowerPoint, Email & Internet
• Good attitude, be honest and high commitment
