Marketing Manager
Summary of Position
Oligo Trading Co., Ltd is the leading cosmetic product and beauty treatment service company
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with at least 5 years experience of marketing.
Fluent in English, French is avantage
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze the strengths and weakness of our brands in Phnom Penh and in Province
- Provide new directions and new idea according to the above analysis
- Participate and cooperate with BDM, Sale Managers and ATL manager regarding the needs of the sales division in order to create annual marketing plan for assigned products associate with budgeting.
- Propose, manage and monitor marketing expenses according to the marketing plan within approved budget
- Manage marketing budget effectively and efficiently
- Work closely with BDM/CEO and Sales managers according to the market needs to ensure brand visibility and drive off-take
- Create a plan of promotions by brand according to a yearly planning
- Create a monthly plan of activation by brand
- Work closely with related sales managers on case they need your cooperation in items of new opening Oligo counters or Megabelle retail store
- Coordinate with related department to announce or inform in advance the activities that we will run and make sure it will run smoothly and correctly
- Arrange to conducts market survey for potential new products and make recommendations to BDM and BDD/CEO. Recommendations can come from existing suppliers product lines not currently carried or potentially new suppliers which provide a fit with our current brand mix.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing activity after execution and provide a report to GM and BDD/CEO
- Work with related team and subordinate (Design/Webmaster/Agency) to develop company’s website and Facebook and always keep update with now activities if any
- Create products must list
- Create display Standard (Planogram) for rental space for both special promotional periods normal shelf display by specific outlet
- Report on competitor activities
- Lead whole marketing team and marketing action: Activation, Promotions, merchandising, trade shows, exhibition, road show, display development, material Support (Leaflet, Stand, Shelf talk…)……
- Create and develop annual marketing strategy and plan of all Oligo Trading products with new ideas to help the increase of the sales volume
- Develop ad-hoc or counter attack strategic to fight with competitors
- Responsible for companies website and Facebook development and Update
- Market observation/survey
- Cooperate with related departments/activities

- Microsoft Office, Internet, Market Research and Analyse, Good Marketing Concept Explanation to team
- Sales target by assigned products are met
- You will complete and assist to implement a comprehensive promotional program as per the agreed product mix. Each promotional program is to be reviewed and a comprehensive review is to be complete no late than two weeks post program completion. It is expected that adjustments to promotional programs will be recommended during the course of a promotion if a problem with implementation is encountered
- Reports are timely, comprehensive and feature recommendation for changes or enhancements to future programs
- Marketing expenses report need to be done monthly
- In Store stock display in all key outlets reflect the standard planogram and independent display standard agreed by product category for both promotional and non promotional periods.
