Marketing Manager

Summary of Position

Our Client is a main F&B distributor. They are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be in charge of maintaining marketing activities and efforts to expand and accelerate growth, ensuring timely submissions of monthly visibility & promotion execution reports by brand activity, displays and execution images, sales volumes and customer/consumer feedback as well as leading communication and engagement with the sales team for key marketing activities across various channels. He/ she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

BRAND PRIORITIES

  • Ensure marketing activities and efforts are aligned to expand and accelerate growth
  • Ensure the best chance of success in market by conceptualizing and implementing events, activities and visibilities aligned to regional requirements and brand positioning

  • Support growth agendas for new product through activities that drive physical availability, visibility and trial, while implementing VIP consumer and trade educational programs to foster brand ambassadorship and expand distribution

 TRACKING & MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure proper budget management and continuous tracking of A&P spend for agreed projects and activities
  • Manage and account for all brand point-of-sale inventory (GWPs, service tools, collaterals, etc.) to ensure they are wisely and carefully utilized for the agreed purposes

  •  Manage and account for all merchandising and in-store space buy investments, ensuring stocks are available and the right promotions and point-of-sale are executed as per the agreed calendar of activities

 ACTIVITY REPORTING

  • Closely monitor execution of key marketing programs to capture leanings and drive for continuous improvement
  •  Ensure timely submissions of monthly visibility & promotion execution reports by brand activity, displays and execution images, sales volumes and customer/consumer feedback

 STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Lead communication and engagement with the sales team for key marketing activities across various channels
  • Implement monthly dedicated meetings with sales team to ensure constant communication and monitoring of activity executions

  • Be the trusted voice that aligns all stakeholders to ensure clear communication, direction and successful execution of marketing programs

  •  Manage and nurture agency relationships to achieve best results, as well seeking to bring new ideas to the table.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing and communication or relevant skills
  • 3 years to 5 years of strong experience in Marketing and Branding
  • Fluent in English and communication
  • Ability to think long term and strategic plans
  • Independent, Open-minded, customer service mindset, focus on action and challenge, friendly & helpful, patient, and creativity.
