Marketing Manager of Property
Summary of Position
Grid Investment (Cambodia) Co., Ltd is the branch of a Chinese public company named Shanghai Grid Electric Technology Co., Ltd. We focus on the ICT, real property and other highly developing fields in Cambodia. Grid Investment (Cambodia) Co., Ltd is looking for Marketing Manager of Property.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Promoting property through marketing initiatives
- Collecting information on real property in Cambodia, and acquiring access to local intermediary agent market
- Sorting out the files on market information
- Complete reports of economic feasibility studies on investment project according to the company

4 years or above
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese is a plus
Other Requirements
- Related work experience in local real property, and real property agent
- Acquaintance with investment market of real property in Cambodia, and experience in dealing with government agencies
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and to take initiative
- Sociable and affable
