Marketing Senior Officer

Summary of Position

An international bank who is currently looking for a Marketing Senior Officer to work in their Phnom Penh Office. The Marketing Senior Officer will be in charge of planning marketing projects and developing new innovative strategies to network with new clients and develop new methods to exceed the customer's marketing expectations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion
  • Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency
  • Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers
  • Plan marketing projects and manage marketing events
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activity
  • Develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within the arranged timeframes
  • Digital marketing through 2.0 media (web, facebook, google, maps)

Experience Required

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Languages Required

Native English is required,
French is a plus

Other Requirements

  • Minimum Master Degree (preferably in Marketing)
  • OR a lower degree is accepted if candidate has at least 3 years' of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in web marketing, preferably in the banking industry
  • Excellent copywriting skills and experience
  • Design skills including graphics (photoshop, illustrator, etc…) and web design
  • Native English, French language is also a plus
  • Strong and confident communicator, Autonomous and pro-active
  • Discretion, integrity and rigor are important personality traits for this role
